Common name: Tuna
Scientific name: Thunnus Albacares
The minimum size of the Yellow Fin Tuna Fish is 20 Kg; the average size is 40 Kg in Maldives .
Treatment
Fishing:Tuna caught between 6 and 8 days.Manipulation of the products confirmed to the law and EU rules.Caught in the authorized fishing ground. Respect of the sizes and seasons.

Coloration:The colour is really red (not pink, not brown)
Shelf life product:The shelf life product as accorded to analysis and bacterial test. This is one of the key points to assure quality on our product.The lions that will have approximate shelf life of 14 days.Analysis and bacterial test will be providing on each shipment.
Chemicals criteria’s: Histamine rate = 100ppm.No CO2 treated.
Mercury rate = 0,005 mg per kg

Lions vacuum packed and Cotton Wrapped if Required.The packaging is strong, new and clean. The plastic film assures an efficient protection of the product.On every order, we provide the package lists which include the following elements

Every box contain sufficient gel pack, to make sure that the goods will fly in proper
conditions and a temperature between 0°C and 2°C; temperature should controlled
systematically at destination.
