Welcome genuine firm inquiry with full details including the following if CFR price is required:
1) Quantity per shipment/month/contract.
2) Name of the Discharge port & it's conditions e.g. maximum draft/length/breadth allowed.
3) The discharging method and the discharging rate per WWD that the Buyer can guarantee.
4) The Buyer's realistic acceptable price.(this is not a must)
5) Name of the Letter of credit issuing and/or confirming Bank.
It is essential for us to have above information to enable us to work out the freight costing and offer accordingly on CFR basis. Please do not send us any inquiry asking for ASWP basis.
Generally we prefer deal direct with Buyers/Importers/Grinding plants,
but also welcome brokers that are direct to the Buyers/Importers/Grinding
For genuine inquiry, LOI,BCL or ICPO are not necessary. But we have the right to ask for above documents if some inquiry seems too simple.
